Agathe Berman

Expert mentor and trainer,  PITCHOLOGY

Trained in Polygram Fastlane Media Program (London, Los Angeles), Agathe graduated from Sorbonne University in linguistics and media history.  She is committed to language, creation, and transmission.  Amazed by the power of words to create images, the taste for storytelling led Agathe to the film industry and creative language teaching, all of which built her pitching expertise.  She trains sessions at the Coproduction Forum of Series Mania, RdV Doc and Rdv BI@rritz with Unifrance TV Division, MIA Rome, Haifa Film Festival, Cine Ventana Madrid, Balkan Film Market of Tirana, Odessa Film Festival, as well as Creative Europe et EWA.

Bernd Buder

Bernd Buder is a freelance curator, lecturer, and film journalist. Since 2015, he has served as the Programme Director of the FilmFestival Cottbus – Festival of East European Film, and since 2021, he has also been the Programme Co-Director at the Jewish Film Festival Berlin Brandenburg. In addition, he works as a Programme Advisor for the Cinedays Festival in Skopje and as a Consultant for the SloVision Slovenian Film Days in Berlin. In the past, Buder has held several key roles, including Head of the East-West Co-Production Market, Programme Director of Berlin's Filmkunsthaus Babylon, and Programme Consultant for various film festivals such as the Prishtinë Film Festival, Skena-Up Film and Theatre Festival Prishtinë, goEast Film Festival, dokumentART Neubrandenburg, Turkish Film Week Berlin, Zagreb Film Festival, and Berlinale-Forum.

Uta Cappel

Commissioning Editor at ARTE

Uta Cappel has been working as a commissioning editor for the European Cultural Channel ARTE in Strasburg since 1999. After a debut in the drama department‚ Cinéma-Fiction, she worked for ten years in the documentary department, Documentaries and Magazines. In 2013, she returned to the drama department to be in charge of the Series slot on Thursday nights for ARTE G.e.i.e. Some of the series she has been involved in more recent are FRIEDEN (with Srf), WILD REPUBLIC (with Magenta, Wdr, Swr, One), HELSINKI SYNDROME (with Yle, Ndr), HAUS AUS GLAS (with Wdr, Degeto), CHARITE IV (with Mdr, Degeto) and THE INFORMANT (with Ndr, Nrk, Degeto).

Günsu Ciftci 

Günsu Ciftci is a producer at The Post Republic’s Berlin studio, where she manages post-production for both picture and sound across a range of theatrical and high-end episodic projects. Her work spans international productions, including Motel Destino (directed by Karim Aïnouz), Evolution (directed by Kornél Mundruczó), Corridors of Power (directed by Dror Moreh), and Maria (directed by Pablo Larraín).

Leora Kamenetzky

Leora co-created and wrote the series False Flag 2. She was the script editor and a writer on the successful drama series Fauda. She took part in developing, writing and editing many drama series, such as Hameuhedet and Katmandu. Leora created, wrote, co-wrote, and directed the drama series: Alex (2008), Dog’s Life (2006), Adumot (Red Team) (2004-2005), and The Good Guys (2002), made for teenage audiences. Adumot, written and directed by Kamenetzky, was an Israeli Academy award winner. Leora studied at the Tel Aviv University and at the School of Visual Arts in NYC.

Arnaud Louvet

Arnaud Louvet is French screenwriter, director and producer. He was in charge of programs within ARTE French Fiction Unit, where he collaborated on about a hundred unitaries and mini-series, including Lady Chatterley by Pascale Ferran (2014). Virage Nord, which he co-created and produced, won the prize for Best Series at the La Rochelle festival.  He also co-produced LO SONO LI, Lux Prize for Best European film. He is currently developing a biopic of the mime Marcea, as well as several series in France and Italy.

Andrea Lucietti

Head of Project Development, La Sarraz Pictures

Head of Project Development at La Sarraz Pictures, an independent production company set in Turin, Italy, committed to the production of fiction films, creative documentaries, and animations. The company was founded in 2005 by Alessandro Borrelli. Since 2010 La Sarraz Pictures has set up another department for the distribution of creative documentary films in theaters. On an international level it is acknowledged as one of the most dynamic production companies, particularly thanks to its openness to experimentation. The La Sarraz work team is very diverse and includes many different professional figures that join the company on a rotation basis depending on the type of project.

Natalie Movshovych

Natalie Movshovych is cultural manager, specializing in the audiovisual sector, namely in film promotion, and cultural diplomacy. Currently works for the Ukrainian public broadcaster Suspilne Ukraine as a Head of festival promotion at Co-production and outsource commissioning. In 2018-2024 she was responsible for film programmes at the Ukrainian institute, Ukraine's cultural diplomacy organization, holding the position of Head of Film since 2021. With over 10 years of experience in the film industry she previously worked for Arthouse Traffic distribution company and Odesa International Film Festival (2013-2016), Universal and Paramount Pictures Ukraine (2015-2018) and the British Council's Culture Bridges programme (2018-2020).

Lead Artistic Consultant at Gesher Multicultural Film Fund, known for Sharquiya (screenwriter, 2012) and Polygraph (script editor, 2020).

Vincent Poymiro 

Vincent Poymiro began his career in journalism and live performance before shifting to screenwriting in 1998. He co-wrote Tehilim with director Raphael Nadjari, which was in competition at the 60th Cannes Film Festival, and has since worked with notable figures like Olivier Nakache, Eric Toledano, or Arthur Harari. He wrote and created various series, including Churchmen, Reign Supreme and En thérapie, the french adaptation of BeTipul, co-directed the Series Department at La Fémis (National School of Cinema) and was granted a Cesar for Best Screenplay in 2022.  Through his company, "Perpetual Soup," he develops international film and TV projects, aiming to foster new storytellers and innovative narrative development.

Maayan Rypp

Maayans short films were screened at Cannes, Palm Springs, Beijing and Jerusalem film festivals, and won awards for Best Film, Most Promising Artist and special mentions. Her first feature film The Other Widow was developed in the Cannes residency, screened in Tallinn, Goa, Jerusalem, Munich and more. The film won twice the best film award and a special mention from the Sofia Film Festival.For over a decade Maayan worked in the Art Department on various films and television series.

Moshon Salmona

Mushon Salmona was born in 1970 in Beer Sheva Israel. In 1994 he moved to London, England and graduated with his MA in Critical and Cultural Studies. Worked in several capacities in the Documentary industry in London before Going back to Israel in 2004 where he wrote and directed 2 feature films, among his films Transparent (2007), Vasermille (2015).

Claudia Tronnier, Producer, is Head of the Feature Film and Television Film Department at Arte TV.
