Haifa 21st International Pitching Forum for feature films is a cinematic venture to promote co-production in all stages of development, cross creative boundaries and liaison professionally from idea to screen.

 

Oshrit

God in heaven works for the religious Oshrit (18). The more she prays devoutly, the better the condition of her drug-free pregnant mother Ilana (38). She must save the baby that is about to be born. The appearance of the handsome Yohai (28) in her life refines her ambitious plan. The encounter of her innocent body with the forbidden sexuality attracts and shakes her. The birth of the baby will force her to make difficult decisions.

My Last Love

Saul, a 73-year-old colorblind man, retires from the paint factory he founded and made prosperous. 

Into his gray life enters Sapir, a transgender woman full of emotions and joy. 

Saul overcomes his prejudices and finds new love. At its peak, they plan to adopt an orphaned baby girl against all odds. However, their unconventional relationship is discovered by Saul’s son, who decides to separate them. 

Will Saul and Sapir fulfill their dream?

She sets to represent Odi even though she is romantically involved with the prosecutor.  The dark secrets that unfold during the trial, affect her personal relationship and force her to reflect on her future.

The Left Heart

Esti and Amal, a prison guard and a translator, are on their way to Damun prison, to a hearing of minor Palestinian prisoners. When the hearing is delayed, they find themselves stuck together, wandering up Mount Carmel. As the evening approaches and they still haven’t been called to the prison, Amal grows suspicious.
