Regina and her granddaughter Mika travel to Poland to reclaim family property confiscated during World War II. However, the mission quickly becomes complicated: Regina declares her intention to abandon the effort and return home, Mika doesn’t know where to start, and an irritating distant relative keeps appearing everywhere. When Mika meets a charming and handsome tour guide and begins to fall in love, Regina finds the path cleared to pursue her true goal in Poland: finding her youthful love from whom she was separated seventy years ago.
