In a new film from Avi Nesher, coming directly from its successful world premiere in the Toronto Film Festival, two Israeli sisters delve into the dark mystery of their father’s former life in Poland during World War II.
Inspired by a true story, Past Life tracks the daring 1977 trans-European odyssey of two sisters - one an introverted ambitious classical music composer and the other a combative politics and porn magazine editor. As they try to unravel a mystery that has shadowed their whole lives, the sisters realize that freedom requires painful sacrifices.

On October 24th the filmmakers will be in attendance.
