Sabu and Miki, a young couple in Fukushima, are disturbed by a sudden explosion at the nearby nuclear plant. They quickly make their escape from the area contaminated with radiation. After finding a place in Tokyo, they discover that Miki is pregnant.
Shot using a handheld camera, Korean auteur Kim Ki-duk uses his raw, highly topical picture as a political tool, calling it “a statement against human errors made to nature.”
