Romeo is a small town doctor and his daughter Eliza is a gifted high-school student on her way to Oxford. But when Eliza is sexually assaulted, her academic chances are put in sudden jeopardy, and Romeo - a proud idealist - is forced to consider sacrificing his ideals to ensure his daughter's future.
