A movie that makes no claims to being high art, but should be admired for its artfulness nonetheless.

Artur is an exceptionally successful debt collector. He doesn’t lurk in dark alleys waiting for his victims; he systematically harasses them over the phone until they eventually pay up. In addition to the income that ranks him among Moscow’s elite, he’s also made a few enemies. Then, one evening, he himself becomes a victim.
Alexei Krasovskiy dynamic thriller, about the fickleness of fame and favor, was shot in one single week, almost entirely in one single location, with just one single actor. Actor Konstantin Khabenskiy dazzles as a master manipulator, a flawless liar, and apparently a heartless bastard.
