Felice Lasco left his hometown of Naples 40 years ago, when he was only 15. After living in the Middle East for all this time, Felice returns to Naples, to spend time with his mother and confront his memories, and discovers again the places and codes of the city, as his criminal youth slowly catches up with him.

Nostalgia comes to the festival from the Official Competition of the 2022 Cannes Festival. Renowned Italian filmmaker Mario Martone probes the dark underbelly of his native city, Naples, presenting us with a beautifully shot film, full of atmosphere, a story of regrets and consequences.
